We're missing some information - Join the Microsoft 365 Developer Program

We're missing some information
Please add your first and last name to your Microsoft Account at https://account.microsoft.com/profile and try again later. It might take a few hours for the change to appear in the system.

I keep getting this above error and no matter how I fix the name and also not able to signup free developer account, any suggestion please ?

    I'm sorry to hear that. Did you try this sign up from the dev account page: https://bit.ly/2GT49oT ? If you are still having trouble, please send me screenshots of the page and the issues to stefanie @ devpost . com.

    Please note we will be mostly offline the next week for the US holidays, but I'll do my best to get you support.
