How do I get an update on my mpn?

My mpn application is for ordinary geeks l.l.c. but my ein is ordinary geeks llc. I am had my organization changed in state but the duns number hasnt updated. Is that whawt is holding back my mpn?

    I have a mpn on a different email address. I think that email is associated with a different uh onmicrosoft account. Can I use that MPN to publish my app?

    As long as it belongs to you (your company), then you can use that MPN ID to publish. Please mention it and the other email address in the Testing Instructions field on the submission form so we know what to look for if the Microsoft group can't find it easily.
